a label.

80% of eating healthy happens at the supermarket. We teach you to look at the 4 things that really matter, without being scared by the science.

  • 01 Ingredient list: the first 3 are the most present. If you see sugar among the first 3, skip it.
  • 02 Sugars: ok up to 5g per 100g. Above 15g it’s a sweet in disguise.
  • 03 Saturated fats: ok up to 3g per 100g. Above 6g it’s "bad" fat.
  • 04 Additives (E…): the fewer the better. More than 5 = ultra-processed.
